First Aid/Security: Located near the Eiffel Tower on International Street, First Aid is staffed by certified Emergency Medical Technicians at all times. Medication cannot be dispensed to minors without parental consent. If you need medical assistance tell any park employee and he or she will call First Aid and have them come to your location. Security officers are available throughout the park for any assistance you may need. Alternately, ask any park employee to contact security, and they will come to you.
Guest with Disabilities: Stop by Guest Services to pick up our Rider Safety Guide,
which outlines the rules and requirements for Guests with Disabilities.
Most shows and attractions are accessible. Guests with Restricted Mobility and one riding companion may enter via the special access entrance after members of their party wait in line. Special access entrances are only intended to accommodate guests with restricted mobility.
Guests using wheelchairs will have to transfer from their wheelchair to the ride unit. See Rider Safety Sign at ride entrance for special access entrance.
Motorized wheelchairs and service animals are welcome at Kings Dominion. Wheelchair rental is available at the Stroller/Wheelchair Rental Center near the Main Entrance. A limited supply of motorized wheelchairs is available for rent.

Inclement Weather/Rain Policy: Most rides and attractions remain open during rain. Some attractions will close when inclement weather prohibits their safe operation, but will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. Please enjoy a show, meal or shopping until such weather passes. Sorry, no rainchecks or refunds once you have entered the park.
Line Breaking: To ensure that all guests have a fair opportunity to enjoy rides as quickly as possible, line jumping is not allowed. Line jumping, regardless of the reason, may lead to ejection from the park with no refund given. Kings Dominion defines line jumping as: 1. Cutting in front of other guests who are already in line; 2. Saving a place for someone; or 3. Leaving a line, then attempting to re-enter at the same point. Since this includes using the restroom or purchasing food or drink, we suggest you make all stops before you enter the line.
Parent Swap: One parent of small children waits in line, both ride! For more information or to obtain a Parent Swap Pass, please visit Guest Services. Due to the design of some attractions, Parent Swap may not be available on all rides and is not applicable in WaterWorks.
Smoking: For the comfort of our guests, smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas (located near most restrooms). Smoking areas are identified on the park map by this symbol. Please note that Nickelodeon® Central, KidZville® and WaterWorks are smoke free areas. Thank you for
your cooperation.
Lost & Found and Claimed Items Held at Park Entrance: All lost and found
articles, as well as those held by Security at the Park entrance, should be claimed at Lost & Found, located on the outside of the front gate. Unclaimed articles are donated to charity or destroyed after 14 days. Should you lose an article on a ride, please see the ride attendant for assistance. Kings Dominion is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. FOR YOUR SAFETY, DO NOT ENTER UNAUTHORIZED AREAS. YOU MAY BE SERIOUSLY INJURED IF YOU ENTER AN UNAUTHORIZED AREA.
Separated Parties/Lost Parents: Please stop by Guest Services for assistance. Park Security is available to assist with locating young children.
Ride Rating System: All Kings Dominion rides are rated according to the various ride experiences. Ratings range from 1, a low thrill ride, to 5, the most aggressive thrill ride. These ratings, as well as recommendations, guidelines and restrictions for the attraction, are posted at the ride entrance. Please read and follow each Safety Guide sign prior to riding.
Ride Safety Guidelines: Kings Dominion is committed to providing a safe, comfortable and fun-filled experience for all of our guests. Please be respectful of others and abide by all park rules and regulations, which are posted throughout the park and available at Guest Services.
